Consultations on plural legal orders 10 November 2008

In October ICHRP held two research workshops to review its research on plural legal orders. The first, on October 17-18, reviewed the project’s analytic framework. Agenda

The second, on October 31-to November 1, looked at the effectiveness of different policy responses to problems and dilemmas the project has identified. Agenda

In the next phase of the project, the Council will prepare a draft of the final report, and send this out for consultation. The report will be based on the expert papers commissioned for this project, an Approach paper, three research workshops and a large volume of comparative literature and case studies that the research team has gathered and collated.
