• Martin Scheinin, Special Rapporteur of the United Nations Human Rights Council
  on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights while Countering Terrorism
• A representative of the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations

The discussion will take place on Thursday 26 June, from 1.00pm to 3.00pm
at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies
in Salle Bungener, Rue Rothschild 20, Geneva, opposite Palais Wilson
