Human Rights Council and the environment 16 April 2008

Research Director Stephen Humphreys is addressing the link between human rights and climate change at a Brown Bag Lunch organised by the Geneva Environment Network on 18 April 2008. Legal and human rights experts from Earthjustice, the Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Permanent Mission of the Maldives to the United Nations and the Center for International Environmental Law also discuss the implications of the adoption of resolutions on water, toxic waste and climate change at the 7th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
