Institutions nationales des droits de l’homme : efficacité et légitimité (1st ed. 2000; 2nd ed. 2004)

Introduction

Ce rapport examine dans quelle mesure les institutions nationales des droits de l’homme réussissent à mener à bien leur mandat de promotion des droits humains et de protection des droits des citoyens. Cette étude examine la manière dont les institutions nationales des droits de l’homme acquièrent leur légitimité et leur réputation d’efficacité. Basé sur les recherches menées dans trois pays, ce rapport comprend des recommandations pratiques visant à renforcer le travail de ces institutions et à encourager la création de ce type d’organismes.
